Help with GT4 pricing
 

I need to thin the Porsche herd due to a move to a smaller garage. I have a 2016 GT4 in GT silver with 3600 miles

Ceramics
Sport Chrono
tons of alcantara and carbon fiber
no LWBs unfortunately
CPO
Tire and Wheel insurance transferable
full 3M
Sticker was $117K
No overrevs

Dealer is offering $97K so I am just wondering how much I am leaving on the table before I sell it to them. I understand they need to make a buck on it and I am fine taking a haircut for the ease of sale, but I just don't follow the pricing on GT4s as much as air cooled 911s so any help is appreciated.

Are you getting a tax credit for the trade in? Think you are leaving around $10k on the table from a private sale. No LWB limits your buyer pool. There 90 GT4s for sale on CarGurus and dealers are still asking around MSRP for low mileage examples. Not sure if they are selling for that much though.

I have been looking for my Son & found ample supply in the lower nineties. Even a few in less desirable colors in the eighties. $97k from the dealer? It will sit on their lot as the 4.0 version looms near.

I would take that offer. It’s probably not much more than $5k being left. I’m with Michael the dealer is offering too much, to your benefit. Lots of private cars are sitting unsold.

A pretty awesome car and 97K sounds like a fair trade in price. If I had 97k languishing in an account that wasn't working for me I'd help you out.
