Value Dr Fuhrmann seats?

Can anyone help value these rare seats? Removed from a late 70’s 930 and still in very original condition. Right seat has the more wear but still in great condition. I can add more pics if necessary.
TIA

I would think at least as much as the stock sport seats in similar condition. However, if not in the car they were factory ordered for, ( especially to most in the original only 930 crowd), they probably would not be interested, and that according to many " experts" is where the money is, so not as much, as then it would be modded 930, similar to a 930 with upgraded to a more expensive ( better) recaro seat. No matter, very nice seats.

That seat design is almost identical to a black stock '96-'99 BMW Z3 seat.

Great seats. I did not know where that design had come from.

They were first seen in the 1976 Martini 930 show car and offered as an eye watering £1800 gbp option in 1977. To put it into perspective, the retail price of a 1977 Porsche Turbo 3.o was £19499 and the average house price in q2 1977 was £12,689!

*i borrowed the above info from a source on the impact bumper forum.

Why ruin the value of an original interior 930 by replacing your stock seats with a better seat that Porsche offered as an option for but not your 930? Or does anyone really care what the " original only " experts" think they want. I'd sell my very nice original 1977 stock sport seats anyday to get these! Let me know if you decide to sell. Thanks Tony@VoitureLTD

Holy Moly. Incredible. A down payment on a home for the price of these seats in 1976.

I remember you where asking 8K a year a go and did not sell.
So a ceiling you have already.
Why not put on the Bay and see where it goes?

Probably only worth anything to a car that came with them from the factory. I wouldn’t put those in my car to replace regular sports...

They sure look more comfortable and easier to get in and out of the 'sport' of the time.

I'm telling you guys, BMW stole this seat idea for the first Z3 in 1996. That is one of the most comfortable seat designs for me - 6 foot, 205 pounds - that I ever sat in. Those are sweet.

Looks like an overstuffed 80s sport seat to me - I’ll pass.
