The end cover for I think, an 77 930, that part number comes up blank on PET, but the cover is the part where the shift rod comes out.

Oh, the END cover. You just said cover before. Could have been a sidecover. Casting numbers don’t match part numbers. I’ve got nothing.

i bought one back in august from a well known trans shop in CA for $500 and was told there were no issues with it but when i recieved it there was a tiny weld repair about 3mm in diameter right in the center. was not a big deal but make sure your getting an accurate description if you find one
