Eric, I would offer to help out if you were a bit closer. I'm down in SE MA. I do have an engine hoist you could borrow but it is a longish drive for a tool pick-up.

Reference Sensors

Hello Everyone,
I know of the two reference Sensors on the 944 engine (one for measuring engine speed and the other for measurinfg crank position). I see those sensors listed second in this page...

The connections to the Idle Stb Valve are all OK. Nothing broken there. I have, in fact tried a spare DME Relay as well as a spare ECU, all to no effect. The swapping of these items changes...
