From east coast to Rotterdam via a roll on roll off car carrier is usually the cheapest. Not many cars get shipped to Europe from the US, most ships go back empty.

I also don’t really mind a big hop to 5th as it will only be used on Autobahn or Europe toll roads so no fast shifting required, once in 5th you can go for hours. Never been in 5th in Norway.
