Ive bled the system a couple different ways at least 10 times, Seems to bleed fine, I do not have a pressure bleeder though. I do not understand why it seems that I "Lose" brakes when I start the car

The car runs while spraying engine starter in the air intake. But I can't seem to get the fuel up the line (get the line primed) to get the car itsself...

Fuel System Problem

Basically, the fuel runs back outa the fuel line into the tank if the car sits for to long (more than a couple days without being started). It then takes an hour or two of it hooked up to another car...
