Don`t forget the orange o rings on tensioners and chain rails ,longer part facing the gear

bad voltage regulator in the alternator would do this .If you have already updated alternator.?If not the regulator is on the left in the engine compartment...

it could be an accendetal drop like this one.Somebody dropped the chain sprocket pin and just installed new ..i found it here;-)
So dropping the 4mm ball is quite possible with some clumsy hands.......

they look fine to me...just keep the engine on Z1...and the arms with sprackets by hand when installing the hydra.tensioner.once in ,double check by spinning the engine 180-(do not go rotate back!!)...

put the distributor back in and set the engine on Z1 leave the spark plugs in -it will hold the engine in place preventing any rotation...
Have you already removed the tensnsioner?

at this pont consider yourself a little lucky/It is not your camshaft cover gasket and o ring(no need to check the cam timing).So just remove the muffler and sheet metal plus Ac bracket and replace...
