Found the problem! Was a very wet and corroded...

Found the problem!
Was a very wet and corroded control module under the seat! It looked like it had been underwater for a year.
Replaced and solved all the problems.
Checked the convertible top...

We keep a 2006 Boxster Base model at our place in Scottsdale and our neighbor who checks our place for us said the cars windows were both cracked...
