Ok, either the shifter has a problem or you need to readjust the coupler in the rear of the tunnel a notch or two to the left...I think that should get ya going.

Yeah, I'd try changing the gear oil first...but it sounds to me like either weak synchros or worn brake bands...if the oil change doesn't help it at all...you can keep driving it as is or start...
