Are you burning oil out the exhausts? Looks like rings or valve guides may be bad or rings did not seat.

Post pictures of spark plugs.

Top of cylinder has to be mated into the head....

Top of cylinder has to be mated into the head. The very top of cylinder not the fins.
Also do not use head seal rings that come with gasket set. Hope this helps.

be aware that the alloy wheels use a longer lug...

be aware that the alloy wheels use a longer lug bolt and these will not work with the steel wheels. You would have to carry extra lug bolts for the spare steel wheel.

I run four bolt Panasports 15...

Probably won't see oil spitting out but may be able to feel a lot of blow by pressure coming out of the filler cap. Check that. Hope it clears up for you

I'd say run it and see if it clears up. When you open the oil fill cap, how much blowby is coming out the cap? That is a way to tell if there is a lot of blowby past the rings.

Professional Series, Rubberized Fast Dry Paintable Undercoating.

Comes out of the spray can the same texture as original top....
