seat belt connector trick

This is for the seat belt buckle when hooking up the new one because of the dreaded air bag error code. How on earth do you connect the seat belt buckle electrical connector to the large connector...

Agree about the bearings, however don't be afraid of the cv's. Can be replaced fairly easily and easier to replace than rebuild. There are plenty of aftermarket cv's that work well with the 930,...

Update!!! Replaced the evap line to the charcoal canister from the tank, without using any expansion tank. Smell seemed to go away, but getting the line through the tunnel revealed two other lines...

Replaced boost overboost switch and problem...

Replaced boost overboost switch and problem solved, except that now I loose power at about 5700-6500. Could be that the engine has close to 175k on it!!

Found that the over boost switch is bad. Grounded...

Found that the over boost switch is bad. Grounded the switch and now pulls good through 5500 rpm. Thanks forum to all!!!!

no power at 4000

1978 930. have all new vacuum lines and they are tight. Except for a faulty AAR the car runs great until it hits just over 4000 rpm. Then there is no power - even on boost. Feels like it is missing....

UPDATE!!! Spliced the wire from the distributor to the CDI. No short in any of the green wire. Now...still no spark! The green wire had shorted (both outer and inner wires touching). The CDI still...

Thanks to all!!! Tracing back to the spice everything tested OK. Upon removing the green wire from the distributor the connector came off in pieces!!! Had to carefully remove all the broken stuff...

I have a 78 930 and it is all taken apart. I noticed that the transmission stud (the one that has the allen head on top of the starter) broke in half. I assume the extraction is the same as a head...
