The short hose goes to the back of the throttle...
The short hose goes to the back of the throttle body. From the T-piece, the right hose goes to the AAV while the left provides vacuum to the cruise contol actuator.

I assume that the pedal hasn't been bend too much (in degrees), thus I think it hasn't been weakened substantially. Simply bend it back where it belongs.
