On the overhead panel is the known as the check panel, is the oil quantity.

BMW did a internal ignition module.

It is controlled by the ECU, the main box above the glove box on an E30.

ABS is fun

There are no test points on the ABS.

90% of the issues are voltage related.

If the alternator out put is less than 14 volts the ABS will alert
and fail to function.

Hmm,

I have intermingled oils as needed for more than 40 years. I have even used nondetergent if no other is available.

I usually add a quart of ATF and drive the last fifty miles before and oil change...

Hmm,

To bypass the fader requires the running of new wires to the speakers. The OE wiring can not be used on a separate speaker setup.

Hmm,

If there are no air intake leaks then the next step is to get a compression gauge and test the compression.

If less than 150 psi when doing the compression test, you are off one tooth on the belt....

That Dyno run was by a Blown V8 Mustang, dang near the best torque to power run I have ever seen.

It will smoke the tires in any gear and almost any speed.

It is the cluster connections in the back of the cluster.

I have used a pencil eraser and wd40 on some to fix.

The speedo wires are pins #8 and #12 in the c2 or white connector.

They usually do not charge, just a pain to ask.
