One on the outside - i was bleeding from and forgot about the internal one

Just checked the rear callipers

Clean, seals look good (only re built them 3 years ago) no signs of any leaks and move sweetly wiht a little compressed air .......

Check the fronts tomorrow...

So - bled and then plugged the MC in the car (effectively closing off all four lines) and and the pedal is ROCK HARD after...

Blocked both openings to the MC - pumps rock hard so I know is not the MC

Just changed the front hard lines right through

Will block the rear line and bleed the fronts...

Yep the CDI is working a treat - i had it fixed - sent it to Florida a while back.

I've got a dirty fat spark and the plugs are brown and furry.

The idle is still a bit too rich...

Thanks for your reply, the issue is i'm at 8 half turns on every screw or very close too - i.e: open them much more and they'll fall out !!!

CMA also says if you have to get past 8 half...
