911S 72 Coupe Koni rear

Just lining up the parts to replace the rear shocks with same Koni rears on 911 72S Coupe. Ordering from Pelican. So USA to NZ always need to be careful with the correct order.

Fitted the new FA and Fuel Filter from Pelican....

Fitted the new FA and Fuel Filter from Pelican. Ran the residual pressure test. After 1 hour only lost 0.5 bar. Declare that a win.

Tested the FA as described above. Fuel ran out of the bottom of the FA accumulator with the FP switched on for 2 seconds then off.

Looks like the FA is the main issue.

Working through the list. Pulled out the fuel...

Working through the list. Pulled out the fuel pump check valve. Used a compressor to test. Only lets the air through one way. So onto the FA.

911SC 82 warm start issues

Hi,

I would appreciate some guidance on resolving a warm start issue. Everything else is fine, idlles, starts up cold, runs fine. Just the classic 30 minute return to the car after it is warmed up...
