The initial issue was the flag spinning on the mount. Once that problem is solved, tightening the mount shouldn’t be too difficult but I don’t see a torque setting… so “tighten” will be relative.

Yes, part 8, the adjustable washer, is loose. It might just require muscle to squeeze it back on but I was looking for previous experience or instruction.

This is an old thread, but what was the fix? I discovered my driver's side mirror was loose. I used an Allen wrench to disconnect the mount. I discovered the washer loose. I looked in my Bentley....
