The initial issue was the flag spinning on the mount. Once that problem is solved, tightening the mount shouldn’t be too difficult but I don’t see a torque setting… so “tighten” will be relative.

This is an old thread, but what was the fix? I discovered my driver's side mirror was loose. I used an Allen wrench to disconnect the mount. I discovered the washer loose. I looked in my Bentley....

LJ, Thank you. I reassembled everything minus the pin and spring in the mechanical switch. All is good. Fires up EVERY TIME and gives me a bit more confidence that I won't get stuck some place....
