Found the answers to my questions.

For question 2. The problem is and was solved by replacing fuse A4.

For question 1. There is no problem. This is normal.

I have a 1999 Boxster Base model. I have a few questions all relating to the lights on this vehicle. The closest Porsche dealer is 200 miles away and the local import shops wont touch a Porsche...
