Don't have a picture to hand right now.
It's the slot seal which sits between the glass and the outer door panel, right at the top of the door, but in the gap that the window slides in.

So I have them fitted, after a fashion.
I used some double sided tape to hold the seal and seem to have managed to seat the studs. But without the tape they just disengage from the mounting holes.
