When you remove decel valve do you blank the pipes off, or join them and blank the vacuum pipe I guess!!

Any ideas on this issue?
Going up the gears it holds the revs then slowly drops
Accelerated linkage are all free peddle not sticking.
If you just Rev it out of gear same result
If in high revs...

Increased throttle when hot

When cold sits correctly at 900 rpm but once warm it has just started to sit at around 1100 - 1200 rpm.
Just been on a 1000 mile road trip running at high speeds, has it just cleaned the old girl...
