Hugh, I went with a M&K 1 in - 1 out with a custom fabricated cat by-pass. Love the sound at idle, cruise and high RPM's. Would highly recommend it.

That's exactly what it was. The ground wire that's wrapped around the o2 signal wire were in contact with each other. I trimmed back the ground wire and heat shrinked it. All good now,...

Edit; if youre referring to your "paper/aluminum" ducts, they look like they'll fit but double check the diameter that you currently...
