I found a 73 2.0fi in the local papers I have called the guy but have not gone to see the car yet. He seems to be a fedup PO, He says the car has a broken right/rear control arm and wants $500.00...

I just got back from checking out that 74 2.0
the top side of both rockers; you guessed it
they have surface rust on them, also the underside of the rockers both have a thin rust split aprox 6-8...

Buying 914 need advice

buying a 74 914 2.0 it has a bit of rust on the right front fender, battery tray and under it.rust is also flaking on the underside of the rockers. The car is straight It has all the goodies...
