Question Ignition switch removal - HELP!

How do I remove the ignition switch from the dash on my '76 2.7S?

I've drilled out the 2 shear bolts.
There are still 2 pop-rivets left but I think these attach the mounting plate to the dash...

Remove the air filter, if you can see a 2inch diameter hinged flap on the drivers side of the airbox then good.
