id suggest the factory manual..that has everything in it, and as for the running problem..clean the tank, fill it up w/ high test, put some intake/injector cleaner in it, and let it idle all the way...

its an exhaust leak at the cylinder head due to stripped threads in the aluminum head, and the HE isnt sealing, or, if youre lucky, which i doubt, you just need a new copper gasket in between the HE...
