drivers window drops 1/2 after close

I have 2004 box s. when stopped, sometimes when I close drivers door the window drops half way from fully closed?

just changed coolant fri and one of the steps was to pull fuse B1 for trans cooler. well in my 2004 boxster S B1 kills the inst panel. figured out B1 using pics of D3 from other job description on...
