New clutch, flywheel, ims seal and expansion tank with cap replaced 8/07. New brakes 3/10, brake fluid flushed about 6 months ago with ate blue. Car is in good shape with 82k miles....

1st to 2nd shift problem

And 3rd to 2nd- especially when cold, it doesn't want to engage into 2nd, gets better as it warms up. Lately has been infrequently popping out of 2nd gear also. Any quick fixes, or is it tranny time?...
