Looks great @Snitzler was eliminating the lock knob turning thing a pain, I found it touches the door card. Did you have to alter it in any way?

Hazard Light Switch

anyone have any ideas why the hazard light switch activates my ignition (dash lights and fuel pump sound) even when the key is not in the ignition? faulty switch perhaps?

I also pulled apart the WUR and gave it a clean, nothing looks out of place pin spring etc all good. The previous owner has make it adjustable obviously as a band aid to some other issue in the past....
