Thanks for all the helpfull input! yesterday the bearing in the alternator broke too, and one of the screws - so I think Im going for a new alternator, which might be a retrofit now that I have it...

Appers rust free, last resto 20 years ago, not pics of engine but should be the 2,2 125hp. Mechanicly sound, paint a bit aged.

Which for me makes worth a lot less.
