Yes, the gears. More of a scratch than grinding. Thanks for the input. Also, at a dead stop, neutral to 1st is somewhat difficult, trying to get it into gear, have to use some force at times. This ok?

No. I checked on that car. It had really low miles, 20 something, was high 30k car. Too rich for me. My car has 89k, 27,5 plus a few minor repairs.
