Actually the new GS uses less fuel as the old one...range (in a comparison test) was 425 km for the 1200GS and 415 km for the old 1150GS which has 2L more capacity...

Sorry Rattus, altough the design firm who does the designing for KTM, Kiska, uses a lot of CAD ALL motorcycles are made in clay (so BMW, Japanese, Ducati, etc)...after that they are developed further...
