This is called de-pinning. If OP does some searches there are plenty of tools and videos out there. Once you learn how to do it, you never need to butcher car wiring (especially stereo) again.

Just a thought. there are a couple of loose plates in the reat that can rattle like that if their bolt is not tightened down. As I recall, they're for the rear seatbacks.

I did just pull the intake manifold and found oil in the intake, a broken AOS and the intake manifold was installed without a gasket....
