Bmw 328i m52 idle hang

More problems it seems never ending at the moment...
When driving i dip the clutch to change gear and the revs either go up 200 rpm then drop down or hang there I'm assuming its the idle control...

Ive just bought of ebay 2 headlights for my bmw e36 n reg and my headlamps have got a round multi plug and the new ones have got a seperate connection on each of the headlamps and side light is there...

Bad tramling and rear wandering

Ive just replaced by front wishbones and got the tracking done and ive got really bad tram lining in the front and when i go over a bump the rear seems wander off slightly its a 328 1996. Any ideas?...
