Tires Ruined?

So I had a close encounter of the deer kind and locked 'em up. Now my Michelins AS3's drive like they are unbalanced at the very least. Steering wheel vibrates about 1 inch or so - maybe 5-10 hertz...

Upper Door Velvet Seal

Have new seals from our host to replace old seals that were riveted in. Any wisdom on getting a flat close seal on reinstall. Rivets seem to work well and as much as I flattened, pulled, etc out...
