Did you reuse that cam bolt? If so, yes, it's backed out and that sound is your rotor hitting the inside of the cap. The cam bolt is a one-use torque-to-yield bolt.

Have you torqued up that caliper? If not, torque it up and see if it moves. Sometimes they can sit cocked before the mounting bolts are tight.
Agree about loading the caliper before installing it.
