I think you have a pinched nerve in your spine caused by the more lean forward, head up position. Bar backs may help along with some PT to strengthen back muscles, at least that is what worked for...

Make sure you use plenty of rubber lube. I've made the mistake of not using enough lube and it ends up being a huge fight. More is better in this case. :)
