Drago, I am doing the motor back to stock. rings, studs, valves main and rod bearings, airbox. I bought some good used pistons and jugs from this board which saved me a bunch, tho.

Absolutley! The bolts need to be replaced...

Absolutley! The bolts need to be replaced everytime you remove them, and the gaskets should go without saying. You will ruin a few gaskets while putting them on!
