These are the flanges.

They were 4 bolt originally and I drilled two more holes

Now, not sure if I am measuring wrong since it seem that these flanges should actually be 108mm.

I ended up taking the carrier to machine some grooves. Nobody seems to know anything about a carrier without grooves. Rare specimens 🤣
