I figured out why I couldn’t get it all together....

I figured out why I couldn’t get it all together. I forgot about the brake sensors. Removed it and it all fit together nicely then I was able to install it seamlessly.

Handbrake install

Reinstalling my hand brake assembly. Does this sequence of events include loosening the cables from the wheels first? I cant seem to fit the pivot shaft and the toothed gear in together.

Quick update it was the timing chain, bent valves...

Quick update it was the timing chain, bent valves and lost compression. Back on the road now with a lighter wallet.

Solved:
Incorrectly routed vacuum hoses between the warm up regulator, deceleration valve and manifold. Deceleration valve was adjusted as well.
