What looks like tape is just the color under the black undercoat. There was tape masking it then that came off before fitting installation. Yeah definitely no teflon tape used 👍🏻

Yes I agree leaving lines in so I also know how they run. Will be taking the condenser off the whale tail, lots of weight on that lid. Heavy on the lift struts.
