I installed both the plenums as one part as seen in the pictures. Before I torqued down the plenums I loosened the hose clamps that tie the halves together.

What carpet is this?

In my 1970 there is this carpet. I guess it is an "RS-carpet" of some sort.

I don't like how it piles (is that the right word?) and I'm considering replacing the carpet so I'd like to avoid...

Steering coupler 1970 question

Hi all,

I wonder if the metal tubes play in my steering couple looks OK?

Some Googling gives that the tubes should be a tight fit and some just like mine, loose.
