Todd , I believe when I worked on that motor we used a 3.2 crank , that Pauter knife edged ans checked bearing size .

Matt , actually the gear box cost over $ 8000 .
It is the 2nd box I have had Jeff built .
It has first gear on the main shaft as you suggest and it does have a new LSD .
