It would seem to me that a muffler for a 3.6 engine would have a higher flow than one for a 2.7 engine even though they might look the same. I would'nt mind a so called sport muffler such as a dansk...

half shafts,hubs

installing a 915 trans in 914-6. will 911-sc hubs fit in 914-6 swing arms, same bearings etc. if the 911-sc hubs fit, i can use the 911-sc half shafts...but would there be a conflict in length?

the clue is....runs like crap at low speeds but cleans out at full throttle. sounds like a speck of dirt or someting rolling around in one of your idle circuits. you are on idle up to about 40 mph...

big horsepower from 914-6

I have a 914-6 with a 230hp 2.7engine in it. It used to be a fast car but that was 8 years ago. Now I'm being gobbled up by the vipers and corvete specials.
I need between 330 to 350hp to come up...
