It will be a lot of work to make a 2.7 e-throttle work in a cable throttle car. But if the 2.5 is good you could sell the other and almost break even right there

No, but that sounds pretty cool. I bet you could test the concept first by seeing if cable TPS signal to the ECU is accepted. Before you go and change everything else.

Lift the nose to dump it all out and then lower it to fill. Then the bleeder is at the high point when you fill and coolant easily flows to the radiators.
