No vibration thru the steering wheel except when...

No vibration thru the steering wheel except when I apply the brakes. Rotors are about a year old. Also no vibration thru the wheel up 125 mph so I would not suspect the wheel bearings.

I've got drilled rotors on my SC and when I hit the brakes, I'm getting a little vibration back thru the steering wheel. I think that I might have a warped rotor since this only happens upon braking...

Boxster brakes on an SC

I put a full set of boxster calibers and carrera cross-drilled rotors on my 82 SC. As Bill said, the braking is only slightly improved. My cost:
4 Boxster calipers and rotors: $550.00 (Ebay)...

Wax on the Tail

Zymoled the car this past week and got some wax on the rubber part ot the tail. What's the best stuff to remove wax from the rubber surfaces like the tail and the smile?

Well, it seems the mystery has "officially" been solved. If you look on the website under the G-series at the the 911 SC coupe 3.0, the comment section states S=Super and C=Carrera.
