My VECI decal says My 83 Cali car cannot be sold...

My VECI decal says My 83 Cali car cannot be sold new outside of Cali. Right on the decal!! So, it's got an backfire valve, a lean decel Air valve, a Cat, 02, and ECU under the R. seat.

Grab the wire with your fingers and pull on it...

Grab the wire with your fingers and pull on it with 2-3lbs pull. If it stretches pull harder and the coating will break where it's bad.
