Oh ok, I usually leave them plain when I add bacon but I like them with smoked paprika as well. Never made them with that mayo though. That's interesting, might have to try it next time.

I checked the VA route but I'm over their income limits so I'm not eligible. I was surprised by that, I thought all you had to be was a veteran.
