I had the same issue. It wouldn't start but when push started ran fine. It was the ignition switch. Took a while to finally figure out. Hope that helps

received my new (refurbed ) injector works great. 3 weeks w/o driving my Carrera SUCKED! but it was worth the wait. by the way drive wire refurbed injector was only $55.00

Brought the injector to my mechanic he blasted...

Brought the injector to my mechanic he blasted air into the the topp
Top of it and it free flowed through it thus determining it bad got a refurb on order. Must have been a bad solenoid

I think I may have caused hydro-lock when jumping fuses to check fuel pump the first time. Don't know what is causing subsequent issue

It was wierd It sounded like it was siezed. It was hell getting that last plug out but when I did I smelled gas but it didn't gush out. I disconected the DME relay and it crancked fine.

thanks for the input

I think I filled the cylinder while jumping fuses trying to diagnose the DME relay. I think I'll let her sit a day b4 I do anything else Hopefully that will dry her out. I also dceed the DME relay...

The DME relay does click I have a back up ECM module and the ignition switch has been replaced recently. All gauges appear normal when starting. and once again the car will idle when I jump the fuses...
