thats not what the manual says but that would be more consistant w/ my findings of a new set of "2.0 914" rings.

anyone have real authority on this one?

you could use the white paint stuff that people use to highlight the stamps on guns.

i have no clue what its called but its a very true white and the paint flows well + its kinda the same concept....
