WTB 80-84 driver seat belt receptacle

As the subject says - I need a drivers side seat belt receptacle to fit an 80-84. I believe the part number is 928-803-183-06-OEM. I am located in Dallas.

I purchased it from world upholstery (www.worlduph.com). The vinyl I am referring to is part of the carpet kit. The door pocket pieces have the vinyl sewn to the carpet.

Question Idle control valve question

I have always had a fluctuating idle on my 84, so I thought I would troubleshoot it. I pulled the ICV off and everything appears to be loose and operating freely, but the resistance is a little off....

Why do I have to remove the bearing races to get the seal out, since the seal is on the outside of the race. I'm confused.
