Looks like you made a great job of the targa, this is a list of the parts I have already,
roof
clamshell ( I think it is complete with the hinges )
doors with glass & electric motors...

I am about to convert a 964 cabriolet into a Speedster, I have all the parts, does anybody have any information, i.e. has anybody done this conversion already.
