OBDII engine fault codes

Anyone know where I can find the manufacture list and definition of engine fault codes. My 2008 won't respond to start button and announces two problems on i screen along with symbols on inst panel....

I have an 83 911 SC with no spark from the coil. Have read all the postings and threads but have not seen any discussion on the type of signal or how to check that a signal is being sent to the CD...
